Reunions |
The sun shone on this One-Year-On-BBQ as 100 pupils from the Class of 2022 returned to King's for their first reunion event. Hosted by the King’s Association - which brings together members of the wider King's community including alumni, parents, and staff - this annual tradition sees last year’s leavers come back to school to catch up with one another, chat to former teachers about their adventures since leaving the school, and to eat and drink together.
This year's event had a special atmosphere and there was a lively energy of warmth and camaraderie as former students shared stories from their first year of university or work experience. Mr Chris Sandels, Assistant Head (Head of Middle School and Acting Head of Sixth Form), gave a warm welcome at the beginning of the evening, sharing school news, details of upcoming events and others ways our leavers can stay in touch with the school.
It was a joy to see the Class of 2022 doing so well and we hope to see them back at King's again soon.
