Women's Knowledge Network Panel Event: Navigating Challenges in the Workplace

In June 2025 we were privileged to chair a panel discussion for the King's College School Women's Knowledge Network - Navigating Challenges in the Workplace - for over 60 members of our community.

Our brilliant speakers, Elaine Arden, FTSE-100 Chief Human Resources Officer, and Marie Korde, Co-founder of Two Magnolias VC, shared powerful insights, practical strategies, and personal stories that resonated deeply with the audience. From mastering negotiation, public speaking and career pivots, to becoming more effective leaders and allies, their advice was both empowering and actionable.
