Our Community Our Impact: Celebrating the Class of 2026

As the academic year draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on another exceptional year at King’s while also celebrating an important milestone as the Class of 2026 leave school and begin their next chapter.

Whether heading to university, embarking on a gap year or starting work placements, we wish them every success and happiness in the years ahead. While their time as pupils may have come to an end, their connection to King’s continues. We warmly welcome them into our alumni community and look forward to helping them stay connected with lifelong friends, former classmates and the wider King’s network.

Alongside our newest alumni cohort, we are also delighted to welcome a new group of parents into the King’s association community. Although their children have now left the school, they remain an important part of the wider King’s family, and we hope to see many of them at future events and gatherings.

For many parents in the Class of 2026, the end of their school journey has also been an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy through the Leavers’ Deposit Bursary Appeal. By donating part, or all, of their deposit, they have chosen to mark their years at King’s in a meaningful way while helping future pupils benefit from the life-changing opportunities that a King’s education can provide.

This year, parents of the Class of 2026 have pledged a remarkable £44,575, including Gift Aid. We are hugely grateful for this extraordinary generosity. Their support is almost enough to fund a full bursary for a pupil for two years, opening doors for talented young people who might otherwise never have the opportunity to attend King’s.

By supporting the King’s College School Bursaries Foundation, these families are helping us invest in potential, widen access and create a school that is increasingly inclusive, ambitious and reflective of the society it serves. Their generosity supports our vision of opening our doors wider and building a King’s that is ready for its third century.
