Leave a legacy
Remembering King’s in your will is one of the most personal and significant ways you can support us.
While some in our school community find lasting themselves able to support the school during their lifetime, others choose to make a commitment by remembering King’s in their will.
We hope that you feel your time here in Wimbledon had a positive influence on your life, or on the life of someone close to you. By leaving a legacy to support King’s or the King’s College School Bursaries Foundation, you would help us in our mission to provide excellence for all through supporting our bursary fund.
Your bequest will enable talented children from across London and Surrey - no matter their background - to make the most of the opportunities that an education here provides.
As a way of honouring your legacy intentions, we would be delighted for you to join our Tertium Saeculum Society, supporting the school’s ambitions as we move into our third century, more details are below:
By joining the Tertium Saeculum Society, you will be invited to a society lunch every
other year with the Head as well as other receptions throughout the year.
The 5% Promise brings together those who believe that education has the power to transform lives. By pledging just 5% of your pension to the King’s College School Bursaries Foundation, you can help create a King’s for our third century, opening our doors wider, investing in potential, and ensuring that exceptional young people can thrive regardless of their financial means.
One of the simplest ways to make a lasting impact through your estate is to nominate King’s College School as a beneficiary of your pension. Pension funds can often be passed on outside your estate and may offer tax advantages, making them a highly effective way to support the causes you care about. By completing a beneficiary nomination form with your pension provider, these can be found online or through your pension providers app, and naming King’s as a beneficiary for 5% of your pension, you can help open our doors wider, invest in potential, and change lives through education for generations to come. We recommend speaking with your financial adviser or pension provider to understand the options available to you.
