Sector Networking Series: Past Events |
In March 2024, we welcomed 50 pupils, alumni, parents, and staff to our Healthcare Sector Networking Reception, which we hosted at the school.
We were delighted to welcome Dr Alexander Scott (OK 1998), Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at The James Cook University Hospital, back to King’s, as our guest speaker. Dr Scott gave an incredibly inspiring, moving, and insightful account of his experiences working in an Intensive Care Unit throughout the pandemic, shedding light on the challenges and triumphs of the medical professionals during the crisis.
We would like to offer Dr Scott our sincere thanks for speaking so openly and frankly. A vibrant networking session followed the talk – it was wonderful to see guests connecting and sharing their experiences of the sector. Thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening such a success.
