Thomas (known as Tom) Britten was a pupil in the Junior and Senior Schools at King's. After school, he went to Newcastle University to read Geography. He later worked at both Marks and Spencer and Unilever. He died suddenly, on 24 April 2022, from a brain haemorrhage at the age of 60; he is survived by his wife Jayne.
