Dr Ronald Martin Oliver MD, FRCP, MFPH, MFOM, DPH was a pupil in the Senior School at King's. He left in 1947, and studied Medicine at King's College and St George's Hospital Medical School. He held several roles throughout his career including chief medical advisor and, later, deputy chief medical officer at the Department of Health and Social Security. He was also the author of several texts on medicine.
Ronald died from pneumonia on 20 November 2024.
